I understand the "Rust Rule": If my chrome tubes are pitted or rusted in the travel area, new seals will not last. Hate City Cycles cannot offer a warranty on leaking seals if the tubes are damaged. I may need to buy new fork tubes (~$200+) to fix this properly.
